Munich, December 3rd 2025 – Creolytix GmbH, provider of threat intelligence and resilience orchestration solutions, is pleased to announce its acquisition by F24 AG, Europe’s leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider for resilience.

With this step, Creolytix becomes part of F24’s strategic expansion in the area of risk and threat intelligence. Creolytix offers an orchestration, hyper-contextualisation, and visualisation platform powered by multi-source risk intelligence, including AI augmentation and expert-driven analysis. The platform enables customers to identify and understand events occurring across their operational environment by combining insights from multiple third-party intelligence providers.
